week 5 run 3

finally the official 3rd run, without race for life, or illness, am I fit enough to run for 20min? I dunno maybe? doesn’t help I’m tired today, but neve min, do I look any better now from the first pic? I can’t see it, but perhaps that’t just because it’s me looking at me?? here are my pics.

any good changes? plz commentand here is side view, by the way my tummy wa slightly *cough* bloated!!and no I'm not pregnant
